How do you determinate Authenticity ?
All of our items go through a rigorous authentication process which includes a detailed examination by our team of authenticators as well as a third party microscopic authentication technology. Authentication is extremely important to us and it is for this reason that we offer a money back guarantee if any item sold by Timeless Avenue is later found to be anything other than 100% authentic.
Do you ship internationally ?
Absolutely, we ship worldwide! Any international deliveries are placed safely and with care through DHL Express. All prices shown on Timeless Avenue website are including customs and duties which may be charged locally on import.
When will I receive my order ? Which shipping carrier is used ?
Order placed before 12:00 P.M are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M will be shipped on the following business day. Please not that all shipments are fully insured.
FRANCE - Order below 1000EUR are shipped via Colissimo (48h) - Order above 1000EUR are shipped via DHL Express (1-2 business days).
BELGIUM, GERMANY, NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG, ITALY, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, MALTA, AUSTRIA, (...) - Order below 1000EUR are shipped via Colissimo (3-7 business days) - Order above 1000EUR are shipped via DHL Express (1-3 business days).
Returns & Refunds POLICY
All sales are final. As Timeless Avenue is a consignment store, we does not accept returns unless you receive an item that is not the one you ordered (i.e., the model does not correspond in any way to the product purchased *not the same model*). By confirming your order, you are required to check the box stating '' I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.'' No order can be completed without accepting this mandatory checkbox.
